It remains to know the origin of the contamination. The ARS investigations, with the support of Santé Publique France, are continuing, and the authorities have not yet managed to explain how this family was affected. The people who have been in contact with them have been identified and are subject to daily monitoring.
The Molsheim couple, whose husband had been infected in Italy, then hospitalized in Strasbourg before being joined by his wife, also infected, are fine. Both were able to return to their homes.
