Wuhan Deputy Mayor Xu Honglan introduced that at present, Wuhan's main necessities reserves, such as grain, oil, and salt, are all over one month. Among them, the food supply can be guaranteed for 32 days, oil for 104 days, salt for 85 days, and pork reserves for more than 15 days; instant noodles and frozen food for 24 days, poultry for 28 days, and eggs for 10 days. Vegetables are not easy to reserve. The current practice is to use commercial dynamic inventory for 3 days, plus the reserve in the garden, which can guarantee the supply of Wuhan citizens for about a week.
