The occurrence of this epidemic in 2020 overlaps with the time of the Spring Festival Transport. The return of people has brought tremendous pressure on railway epidemic prevention. The Z338 train departs from Baotou to Nanning and crosses eight provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, including Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Beijing, and Hubei. It runs 3,315 kilometers one-way, and takes 46 hours and 29 minutes to pass through the three epidemic cities of Xiaogan, Wuhan and Xianning.
