[Explanation] On February 28, the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism held a press conference in Beijing to introduce the prevention and control and treatment of New Coronary Pneumonia.

[Explanation] Recently, the plasma of neonatal coronary pneumonia patients has been used in clinical treatment in many provinces. What is the physical condition of patients receiving plasma therapy? Is plasma therapy suitable for all critically ill and critically ill patients? Relevant person in charge of the Health and Health Committee said that the safety and effectiveness of plasma therapy in the recovery period have been universally recognized.

So far, 544 plasmas have been collected nationwide for clinical treatment of 245 patients. During the clinical treatment of patients, according to the monitoring of a total of 157 patients over 48 hours, 91 of these 157 patients have improved clinical indicators and symptoms.

[Explanation] Wang Guiqiang, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Peking University First Hospital, added that there is a comprehensive antibody in the plasma during the recovery period, and the comprehensive antibody may reach a certain level, which may result in better treatment. Contributes to the treatment of critically ill and critically ill patients.

The previous work has proved that there is a comprehensive antibody in the recovery period plasma, so it is recommended to test the comprehensive antibody before the recovery period plasma output, to reach a certain level, may obtain a better treatment effect. We hope that more patients discharged during the recovery period will actively provide plasma, contribute to the treatment of severe and critically ill patients, and provide a certain guarantee for further reducing the mortality rate.

[Explanation] Recently, patients who have been discharged from Guangdong, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan and other places have been tested for nucleic acid positives. Guo Yanhong pointed out that through monitoring, this group of patients did not re-infect others.

Through monitoring, it was found that this group of patients did not infect others, and some patients turned negative when they were tested again.

[Explanation] Guo Yanhong said that the new crown pneumonia virus is a new type of virus, and its pathogenic mechanism, disease profile and course characteristics need further understanding.

So on the one hand, we need to further strengthen the management of discharged patients. Now we require a 14-day medical observation. At the same time, in the implementation of the 14-day medical observation, we strengthen the follow-up, health monitoring and health guidance. The whole process of occurrence, development, and outcome of the study was further studied.
