According to an Ifop poll for Le Journal du Dimanche and Sud-Radio , with 24% of voting intentions, the outgoing socialist mayor Anne Hidalgo would top the voting intentions in the first round for municipal elections in Paris, two points ahead of candidate Les Republicans Rachida Dati (22%, therefore), herself followed by Agnès Buzyn, now a candidate for La République en Marche, who is credited with 19% of the voting intentions by this polling institute.

Which places the environmental candidate David Belliard in fourth position, at 12%, followed by the dissident candidate for La République en Marche, the mathematician Cédric Villani at 9%.

In the second round, whatever the scenario, it would be Anne Hidalgo who would win, whether or not Cédric Villani maintained his candidacy, reports Le JDD.

Few changes also on the programs of the main candidates, which reveal the main measures:

It is tomorrow Monday, February 24, that Rachida Dati will unveil her program. But in Le Parisien Dimanche, she presents the essentials this morning, focusing on " the cleanliness-security-housing triptych ", summarizes this newspaper.

In Le Journal du Dimanche , Agnès Buzyn presents hers, focusing on " two priorities : safety and cleanliness "!

The macronist candidate " can she win in Paris? "One wonders in the JDD. The weekly L'Express has its answer. " Agnes Buzyn, from the Ministry of Dog Dung ", he says mockingly, wondering if the ex-Minister of Health is really made for a campaign "close to the tarmac ?" ".

So, " Griveauxgate ". It was tempting ... And it is of course the front page of the magazine press this week in France.

The weekly newspapers Le Point and L'Obs did not resist and used this formula to designate with a word of Anglo-Saxon inspiration the fall of Benjamin Griveaux. There had been the " Watergate ", we remember the " Benallagate ", so here is now the " Griveauxgate ".

With, first of all, the shock of the photos. The first by Benjamin Griveaux " since the affair " published by the Paris-Match site, but also the photos of the arrest of the Russian artist Piotr Pavlenski, who claims to have broadcast the videos of the scandal on social networks, and of his partner on the cover of this same newspaper.

Of all the weeklies on newsstands this week, L'Obs publishes the longest and most documented of the papers devoted to this affair. This magazine even goes so far as to specify the date and the place of intimate " shooting " of these videos by Benjamin Griveaux. The date ? " May 17, 2018 " in Lorient, northwest of France, while government spokesman at the time, he was on the move. The place ? The hotel room where he spent the night! "Information" placed gondola of the survey The Obs, obtained in a week and which, let us note here speak volumes about the world "Big brotherisé" in which now we live ... George Orwell depressed!

Except that " 1984 " is a novel, not " Griveauxgate ". In its investigation, indeed very thorough, L'Obs even goes so far as to give details of the first intimate meeting between Benjamin Griveaux and the young woman who will be the recipient of the videos.

Alexandra de Taddeo - that's her name - is today the companion of Piotr Pavlenski. In L'Obs , it is this Russian artist who claims that Benjamin Griveaux met the beautiful in the latter's apartment, in Paris, 16th arrondissement. " An appointment she left unhappy with," said Pavlenski to L'Obs.

Alexandra de Taddeo? His role in this affair " is not yet completely clear, " said the weekly. But basically, what does it matter ... with his companion and the lawyer Juan Branco, these three form a trio of " uncontrollable zozos (who) have managed to transform what should have been just a stinking ball into a bomb with fragmentation (…) their conspiracy made the Elysée tremble ”, dismisses L'Obs.

And this investigative work did not stop there. The press, at the weekend, was mainly interested in this young woman, Alexandra de Taddeo

Indicted in this case for violation of privacy, and placed in police custody, she was seized on her four mobile phones and her computer.

But, according to Marianne , " a cleaning had been done ". In other words, explains this weekly, " most of the videos, as well as all of the conversations with Benjamin Griveaux, have been deleted. In particular, the video (s) (which she) sent to the former government spokesperson ”. Clarification that could possibly incriminate him in this case. Marianne also highlights her " interest " in politics and reports that in November 2018, " she contacted Gaspard Gantzer, another (now ex) candidate for the Paris City Hall, via social networks ". Information confirmed in Marianne by the interested party. " She asked me for my mobile number, I gave it to her, as I do with everyone, but in this kind of exchange, I am very careful. She did not respond, "so says Gaspard Gantzer Marianne.

Which newspaper, in the story it publishes of this " pantalonnade ", is one of the rare French magazines to be unleashed against Benjamin Griveaux. " We can't help but be dumbfounded by the filthy stupidity of a secretary of state who sends videos of this kind without being aware of the risk he takes , lumberjack Marianne. This is not a moral fault but a professional fault (…) Such men not for a second the sense of the State (…) This man saw himself as mayor of Paris, then more. Because some dare everything ”!
