In response to these incidents, Chiba Prefecture has taken steps to recruit professional child welfare specialists, such as by reducing application requirements and increasing recruitment examinations, in order to strengthen the child guidance center.

However, a representative question of the prefectural council held on the 19th revealed that the prefecture side was planning to hire 24 people this year, but only 12 people have passed the test so far. I did it.

In addition, it is said that 17 people retire at the child guidance center of the prefecture for reasons other than retirement this year, four more than last year.
