Today, Monday, the Economic Court decided to postpone a lawsuit filed by pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, in which the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, demanded compensation for the damages caused to him as a result of the "plane image crisis" for the February 26 session, in the presence of the artist or his legal representative.

Al Tayyar's lawyer, in statements to Egyptian news sites, explained that his client was 25 million pounds compensated for the material and moral damages he suffered as a result of publishing the image of "Ramadan" inside the cockpit of the plane that his client was driving.

The lawsuit indicated that the artist Mohamed Ramadan used his client’s image to promote himself by publishing a video clip of a new song for him that he called “Don't Inspect at the Airport”, taking advantage of the picture of Captain Pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr in a show scene in the plane’s leadership, which resulted in severe financial damage to him.
