Law enforcement officers in Moscow were surprised to find dozens of cats in a miserable state of hunger and neglect in a small apartment consisting of only a room and a hall, in one of the apartment buildings owned by a Russian woman.

The lady's neighbors had complained of very unpleasant odors and noisy noise from one of the apartments overlooked their lives, causing them to turn to the police.

Through investigations, it was found that the apartmentwoman had found a "pregnant" cat in a condition of weakened and weakened on a street, to decide to bring her to her home and take care of her and her young.

Within only four years, about 130 cats gathered in the apartment of that lady hoping to provide them with shelter and food, but it appears that her income was not sufficient to do the job, but she failed to care for the animals as she did not provide them with adequate food or full care.

The newspaper did not disclose the woman's fate, and whether she would face any charges related to "animal abuse" after she found her cats in an unfortunate condition.
