A picture of two mice roaming around leftovers on a blank underground platform in London won the 2019 Wildlife Photographer Award, as it did among 48,000 other photos taken by Bristol-based photographer Sam Rowley who visited several platforms every night of the week to try to get "The Perfect Shot", and the two mice can be seen wrestling in the picture around a few leftovers crumbs, a meeting that lasted for one second before one of them fell apart.

According to the British newspaper "Daily Mail", the wildlife photographer contest for the year is organized by the Natural History Museum, where all the winning photos, including the first place image called 'Station squabble' ', are displayed until the end of May.
