According to the WHO, 1.3 million people die in road crashes worldwide every year and between 20 and 50 million people suffer non-fatal injuries. Road traffic crashes are a major cause of death for all age groups and are the leading cause of death for people aged 15 to 29. Excessive speed, alcohol, not wearing a motorcycle helmet, cell phone while driving, cannabis can cause trauma.
