The Molières ceremony, rewarding the best of theater in France, will be broadcast in prime time by France 2, a first for ten years. If the exact date is not yet known, Bruno Solo has already been appointed master of ceremonies.

The president of Molières Jean-Marc Dumontet finally won the case. The 32nd Molières ceremony, which rewards actors in the theater world, will be broadcast in the first part of the evening and live. The Victoires de la Musique and the Césars already had this privilege.

It had been ten years since there had been a prime time for the Molières. The ceremony will take place at the Châtelet. Bruno Solo, currently playing "10 years after" by David Foenkinos will be the master of ceremonies. He has carte blanche and relies heavily, to help him, on the actors who will be rewarded.

"There has to be a mood"

"There are talented people who will receive the award, who will play the game and who I will ask, depending on their agreement, to make the horns with me," said the actor at the microphone of Europe 1. He will have the heavy burden of setting the mood: "There has to be humor and it goes through different emotions."

For the moment, the date of the Molières 2020 is not fixed but should be between the end of April and the beginning of May.
