Expected at Chelsea, Hakim Ziyech will (finally) spread his class elsewhere

Hakim Ziyech is expected to wear the Chelsea colors next season. The midfielder will sign a contract with the English team. The Moroccan, who has been doing his best for Ajax in Amsterdam since 2016, was one of the last cracks of the Dutch club not to have found a taker.

The Moroccan saw the train go without him last summer. After a failed African Cup of Nations 2019, he even decided to extend until 2022. But it will probably be his last campaign in the Dutch Championship. Chelsea has indeed offered the Dutch speaker for 40 million euros, a sum lower than the market value of the player (50 million), according to Transfermarkt.
