Why this book?

  • Because it is an epistolary novel that will plunge you back into nostalgia for letters written on paper and transport you to an almost magical world. It will warm your heart like a good chimney fire in the middle of winter.
  • Because the solidarity to support the heroine, a letter carrier on the verge of unemployment, is so touching, like this gentle novel, which whispers in your ear forgiveness, kindness and that it doesn’t is never too late.
  • Because we do not change the past but perhaps the writings can modify the present and especially the future of all. A human chain through couriers who wouldn't dream of being the link?
  • Because a human chain through letters, who would not dream of being the link? We forget the importance of writing with the advent of the internet, everything goes very quickly, we no longer take the time to think about words and their scope. Immediately say immediately erased, these are our letters today, as opposed to the lovely trip to the land of letters offered by this book which soothes and softens our reading evenings.
