This Tuesday, February 11, is held at the Élysée Palace the 5th National Disability Conference, just 15 years after the adoption of the so-called “disability law” of 2005. A law which aims to defend equal rights and opportunities , but also the participation and citizenship of people with disabilities. But how can we speak of equal opportunities and rights or even citizenship without addressing the issue of accessibility and mobility of people with disabilities? RFI followed Franck Maille.
