Along with this, Tishkovets clarified that from Tuesday to the end of the week the capital will be overcast, light precipitation in the mixed phase and near-zero temperatures every day.
“Of course, it will be abnormally warm, the temperature will be at least five degrees above the norm,” he added.
Earlier it became known that January 2020 in Moscow became the darkest in the last 20 years, the sun shone three times less than it should be according to the norm.
