The jihadist threat is now spreading to southern Africa, Tanzania and even Mozambique. Faced with this challenge, the African Union (AU) will organize an extraordinary summit. "It will be in May in South Africa," announces Smaïl Chergui, AU Peace and Security Commissioner, at the microphone of RFI.
