The United States announced its frantic desire to bring the color of democracy to Central Asia. For the next five years, a strategy has been formulated that should benefit the region. Grant him economic prosperity and full sovereignty. And it’s too calm there, these states do not fall into the global “criminal reports”.
We are talking about five former republics of the USSR: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. All of them suddenly became extremely interested in American "altruists and benefactors" - and they rushed to tempt. Why's that?
Aesopian language of American democracy is extremely transparent. It is well known what the concern for prosperity turns out to be and what “sovereignty” means in American terminology — complete subordination to the States and the puppet nature of the policies of those who took this pill. What is endless freedom in a democratic “concentration camp” is known to all countries that decided to make such a deal, but instead of flourishing, they became hot spots. Well, it happens ... Such is the price.
Nothing changes in tactics and strategy. The price tag for this strategy has already been determined: $ 9 billion. That is how much the States are ready to spend on the countries of this region. Carrots for loans and loans, as well as technical assistance, are registered. There, miraculous American investments from all diseases will flood the river. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently arranged his seduction tour there and promised golden mountains.
Now about the goals. First of all, the geostrategic position is attractive: on the one hand, China, on the other, Russia, as well as rebellious Iran. Near Afghanistan, where the United States has been working for many years on "democratic electrification." It is possible that this example will become a standard for the quintet of the Central Asian countries. Moreover, all this will be enriched by the experience gained in Syria and Iraq. America's special attention to the countries of Central Asia is also worrying in the light of the agreements of the Caspian countries that have secured stability territory there. Of these, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are included. It was announced that the Caspian is free from the armed forces of other countries. One must understand that this cannot suit American political Figaro, especially since the States have already declared the Caspian Sea a zone of their own interests. They sleep and see how to throw their warships there, and then through this form of democracy to control the region.
The new document put a kind of seal, or brand: "Central Asia is a geostrategic region important to the interests of US national security."
All American interests are also represented there. It is said, for example, about joint military initiatives. The importance of countries for stabilizing Afghanistan is affirmed. What this means in total is understandable: having gotten stuck in Afghanistan, the United States wants to start restoring order there with the wrong hands, and for this it needs to be replaced. The advantage is that it can be so pushed and inflamed with the "Afghan syndrome", and then set against other countries.
The strategy explicitly states that a strengthened US presence "will counterbalance the influence of neighbors in the region." Priority vectors are also indicated. In addition to Afghanistan, this is the connection of the five countries with Europe through the Caucasus, as well as with South Asia. That is, the States offer alternative ways - counterbalances to Russia and China, in advance building a line of rejection with them.
The rhetoric used to guide these Central Asian countries on the right path, away from Russia, is also clear. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, they gained freedom, freed from the clutches of the "evil empire", but this release was incomplete, because Russia was hanging over them with a formidable and massive shadow with expanding "imperial ambitions." This shadow also hinders development, sovereignty and prosperity, so the States themselves must come there thoroughly in order to illuminate everything around with a torch of democracy and American values. And to drive away the truths of China and Iran with their light.
The new US strategy in relation to the five former republics of the Soviet Union is a kind of design and estimate documentation for the implementation of a scenario similar to the Ukrainian one.
There is a traditional calculation for the loyalty of the elites, for the difficult socio-economic situation, when there is a temptation to peck at the hook, especially not thinking about the prospects. And in this regard, the soil is as if prepared. The strategy says that “new governments in the region have expressed a deeper commitment to political and economic reforms, including through bilateral cooperation with the United States.”
The risks of the possible implementation of the new American strategy are colossal. Through it, the region may well turn into a powder keg with remote control, into a hotbed of permanent instability, working exclusively for the interests of the United States, which do not fly there.
Fear the Americans bringing gifts. Especially mummers in stage democratic clothes. Especially the drummers of their messianism. There is not only a fig in your pocket and a stone in your bosom, but also much worse.
