"Forbes" Middle East revealed a list of "the most powerful businesswomen in the Middle East for 2020", and included the 100 strongest women who head a number of the largest and most influential companies in the Middle East, including six Saudi women.

This year’s list includes 22 new destinations and includes 23 different nationalities across 28 diversified sectors. Self-made women make up the largest part of the list, with 79 women, of whom 16 established their companies themselves. And 21 women work in family companies, and the list also included companies from the public sector, with 13 women leading the list of government institutions.

This year’s list included six women from Saudi Arabia, including three women in the top ten list, and they are: Rania Mahmoud Nashar, CEO of Samba Financial Group, and she is the first woman to reach the position of CEO of the Saudi Samba Financial Group in 2017, and Sarah Al-Suhaimi, head of the Saudi financial market (Tadawul), which is the largest financial market in the region, and Lubna Olayan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SABB Bank.

It should be noted that the list aims to shed light on the important role that women play in making changes in the world of entrepreneurship, support global efforts to establish women's rights and promote the values ​​of gender equality and emphasize their importance.
