The Mila Affair revived again. Sunday, Ségolène Royal, guest of the program “Dimanche en politique” on the France 3 channel, who returned to the teenager's declarations on Islam, held two weeks ago on her Instagram account.

The adolescent girl from Isère had notably declared: “Islam is a religion of hate. The Koran is shit […] Your religion is shit, your god, I put a finger in his asshole, thank you goodbye. "

"Absolutely not Mila"

Since then, the young Iséroise has been the target of insults and has been the target of death threats, to the point of having to drop out of school.

. @ RoyalSegolene there is a freedom to criticize religions but does not share #JeSuisMila

"I refuse to pose the debate on #laicite based on the statements of a 15-year-old girl considered as the paragon of freedom of expression"

Asked about the fate of the teenager, the former Minister of the Environment explained that she would "absolutely not" have shared the keyword #JeSuisMila launched to support the schoolgirl. "There is a freedom to criticize religions, but I refuse to pose the debate on secularism based on statements by a 15-year-old girl (Mila is actually 16), because it is not to starting from behaviors like these that we can seriously ask the question of secularism, "she said.

"Criticizing a religion doesn't stop having respect"

“Criticizing a religion does not prevent having respect. That does not preclude having education, knowledge, being intelligent about what people say, continued the former Minister of the Environment. A teenager, who may still be in adolescence, if she had said the same thing about her teacher, her parents, her neighbor, her girlfriend, what would we have said? We would have simply said: "A little respect" ".

These new statements on the Mila affair sparked strong reactions on social networks.

I have always been careful not to publicly criticize Ségolène Royal out of respect for the years spent campaigning in its wake, but the show it has been offering for the past few weeks is truly distressing ... #JeSuisMila https://t.co/uKLYS5oNJr

Deschooling, threat of murder and rape, homophobia, bigot delirium ... it is undoubtedly the famous "just order" ... #JeSuisMila https://t.co/8efD1VV52Y

No, you are not #Mila, Ms. @RoyalSegolene.
You have no courage.
Your contortions only inform about the direction of the wind.
And your phony "feminism" (only useful to neutralize the criticisms that are addressed to you) fades to the threshold of your ambitions. #JeSuisMila https://t.co/hiiTEVHyXn

#Islam Ségolène Royal violently criticizes #Mila, who according to her is only a little 15 year old pissing girl in adolescence crisis ... "# JeneSuisPasMila! Absolutely not!" ...
Ségolène Royal ready to sell off the spirit of the Enlightenment to recover the vote of obscurantists!
