The Japan Tourism Board is available 24 hours a day for consultations related to the new coronavirus at the telephone counter for foreign tourists.
The Japan Visitor Hotline, operated by the Japan Tourism Board, is staffed 24 hours a day by staff who speak Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
It also provides information on the new coronavirus, and if infection is suspected, introduces the nearest medical institution that can be consulted and explains measures to prevent the infection, such as hand washing and gargle.
The Japan Tourism Bureau has called for "If you have any concerns or concerns, please feel free to consult."
