The honorable Al-Azhar held a major international conference for this meaning in the period from January 27-28, in which the word of the two conferences did not differ from this content, and that the nation needs this renewal in matters of transactions that branched and changed its patterns a lot, and in matters of advocacy, and the relationship of the Muslim to the other, In some personal, social and international situations, and other matters that do not contain peremptory texts, but rather presumptive texts, in which ijtihad may change from time to time, or they are taken by virtue of the usual custom, clear measurement, accompaniment, or the considered interest. And the Islamic nation, with the praise of God, has undertaken many of this doctrinal renewal, in many issues. Scientists in the juristic councils, scientific, financial and intellectual institutions have derived from these general texts and the ruling rules appropriate provisions for our time, so many sub-provisions for these issues have settled, and this renewal will continue to be renewed The most qualified scholars of jurisprudence have not been able to persevere in the emerging calamities.

And in order not to fall into this prohibited and forbidden, it is necessary to create empowered schools specializing in Sharia sciences from interpretation and hadith, jurisprudence, origins and purposes, and machine sciences from language, grammar, exchange, statement, meanings and philosophy ... in order to produce for us this type of scholars who are able to strive and guide the worshipers.

In fact, the ummah is not aware of this scientific foundation that can be done through ijtihad, and if the rest of the empowered scholars who have benefited the nation in its renewed calamities go to it, it is possible to verify what the Mustafa, peace and blessings be upon him, has warned against, so that people corrupt the religion, as other religions that have been corrupted are corrupted. Its purposes and branches were altered and changed, then the nation only blames itself, for it has excused those who forewarned.

As for us to continue to seek renewal, and we did not create hardworking men for him, this is a reason for the reckless and ignorant people to disguise the religious principles to destroy them or empty them of their content and intentions, and that demolishes the religion without renewing it, but God preserved his religion.
