He coordinated the "hotline" between the donor and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, to transfer the amount of the donation to the Public Prosecution Department in Dubai.

The «Emirates Today» yesterday published the story of the suffering of (Mohammed - Pakistani - 31 years), who is serving a court ruling in the central prison in Dubai on the issue of "killing by mistake", and demands to pay 100 thousand dirhams of legal value, as a result of a traffic accident that led to the death A person (of Asian nationality) by mistake.

The Director of the General Administration of Punitive and Correctional Institutions, Brigadier Ali Muhammad Abdullah Al-Shamali, thanked the newspaper for its humanitarian role and its rapid response by presenting cases relating to inmates of penal and correctional institutions that require everyone to support such inmates who have financial issues, and to seek their release through community solidarity.

"We are working very hard to get them back to their families and families," he added, adding that community initiatives from individuals and institutions are a translation of the leadership policy in humanitarian charitable work.

Prisoner Muhammad (Pakistani - 31 years old) was sitting behind the bars of the Dubai Central Prison pending a legal blood money case in the amount of 100,000 dirhams, as a result of a traffic accident that led to the death of a person (of Asian nationality), and he was completed in prison for four months.

(Muhammad) previously told Al-Emarat Al-Youm, his story, saying: “I came to the state five years ago to work, earn a living, and support my family residing in Pakistan, and I agreed to find work in a contracting company in Dubai as a heavy mechanical device driver with a salary of 2100 dirhams.” .

He added, "One afternoon, I went to the work site in the Al Barsha area and took over loading a vehicle on (Interlock), and while I was going back out of the site I had no one to direct me to move back, I ran over an Asian person, and upon hearing a cry I stopped and discovered that it was dead, and it was The astonished one was sleeping one meter behind the vehicle.

He explained: “I was transferred to prison, and a sentence of imprisonment was issued pending the payment of the legal amount of 100 thousand dirhams to the deceased's family. The insurance company was addressed to pay the blood money but she refused, and I was behind prison bars four months ago because I was unable to manage the blood money amount.”

Difficult conditions

Muhammad (Pakistani - 31 years old) said that his family has lived without a breadwinner since entering prison, because he used to send them part of his salary every month, and currently they live in very bad conditions in Pakistan.

He continued: "The accident that occurred was fate and destiny, and the error I cannot bear on my own, but the deceased had a role to sleep behind the truck without telling me, and for this reason the blood money amount was reduced to 100 thousand dirhams."
