A 35-year-old Egyptian man announced his intention to marry an 80-year-old British woman, after they met on the social networking site "Facebook", according to the British "Daily Mail" website.
The duo met in a discussion on a public post on Facebook in the summer of 2019, after which the duo began communicating to reveal their love last November.
The woman visited him in Egypt and met his 70-year-old mother, in turn did not show any objection to the matter, unlike the son of the lady who expressed concern about the intention and motivated the young man to marry his mother, but the couple insisted that love is what brought them together.
The young man stressed that his intention to marry a woman who is older than him is love, and not to obtain citizenship or money, while the lady commented that she does not have the money at all.
