The acclaimed K-pop band BTS, which on its latest album was inspired by psychiatrist Carl Jung, seems to understand the symbolic value of art. Now they are launching a global art exhibition spanning from London and Seul to New York, Berlin and Buenos Aires where public works of art will be erected.

From the Brooklyn bridge in New York, British sculptor Sir Antony Gormley will build a window to space with the help of an 18-kilometer long, twisted aluminum pipe. In London, Danish artist Jakob Kudsk Steensen programs a digital forest entitled Katharsis. In Buenos Aires, artist Tomás Saraceno makes a point of the dream of the flying man, which with the climate crisis has become a nightmare.

The artworks represent the k-pop group's philosophy and principles, and send a collective, positive message to the world, according to BTS.
