The discontent persists in the capital. Several thousand people demonstrated Saturday in Paris, and in other cities of France, to demand the withdrawal of the pension reform, at the call of the departmental unions CGT, FO, Solidaires and FSU. According to the police headquarters, the Parisian procession gathered 3,500 people, including 550 identified as "yellow vests", who have been relatively absent from the processions since the start of the dispute over pensions.

Behind a banner asking "Macron, withdraw your project, save and improve our pensions", the parade took place quietly between the Gare de Lyon and the Gare de l'Est. Place de la Bastille, the demonstrators, including also some white coats and teachers, saluted the Opera, chanting "we don't want the grandfather clause!" », With reference to the proposal made to the Opera dancers that only new entrants no longer benefit from retirement at 42, a proposal they rejected. Many opponents carried signs and cardboard boxes trying to collect money to help the strikers.
