Actor Kevin Spacey and his lawyer during the trial in Nantucket, Massachusetts in January 2019 - Eliot / Starface

Kevin Spacey still escapes trial. The heirs of a therapist who accused him of touching have withdrawn the complaint filed by the latter. He accused the actor of having touched him, tried to kiss him before offering him an oral relationship. But after the plaintiff's death in September 2019, his heirs had 90 days to resume the case, which they did not do, says the New York Times .

“Kevin Spacey paid nothing to the complainants. The complainants wanted the complaint to be closed, and we agreed to move it forward. Everything is in the legal documents. What is said elsewhere is completely false, ”says his lawyer, Jennifer L. Keller.

It is not the first person to withdraw his complaint against the actor of House of Cards : a waiter recently refused to testify against him, six days after lodging a complaint. In addition, a Scandinavian author, Ari Behl, who also accused the former director of the Old Vic in London, committed suicide about a week ago, reports the New York Times .
