On the JR Keihin Tohoku Line bound for the north, driving had been suspended on all lines due to a personal injury at Kanda Station, but operation resumed around 8:10 pm.
Rapid trains on the JR Chuo Line continue to stop driving on the upper and lower lines between Tokyo Station and Shinjuku Station.
