With a series of creative activities and messages in which nearly 50 children participated, the Jalila Center for Child Culture in Dubai concluded its winter camp, "The Dream of Mars", with a remarkable presence.

The ceremony began with an artistic performance presented by children from the age group of six to nine years, represented in the design of displays made of water boxes, which transformed the children into mini theaters for shadow imagination. As young as under six years old, they made models of a space shuttle they made themselves.

In the ceramics section, a group of children worked to visualize the shape of the aliens and designed them with clay, and each participant expected different features and characteristics of the object that he designed, and the presence of colorful "candies" near the aliens showed an indication that all young people love sweets, while some gave space objects Strange features, such as having one eye in the middle of the face, while others chose smiling and cute features with flowers.

In the ceremony, children expressed their vision of space, through colors and drawing on fabrics. The surprise of the closing ceremony was the musical work presented by the children with the music teachers at the center under the slogan "echo dream and the sound of space", represented by creating virtual music for Mars. The children worked to anticipate the sounds that could be on the planet, and they installed them by combining a number of machines, then they sent them as a message to space, and they presented a different model of the music they received from above. It was remarkable that all the participating children deal with musical instruments for the first time, and the trainers left the opportunity for children to introduce digital music using the instruments on tablets. In addition to that, the children presented a singing work accompanying this paragraph, entitled "Take our voice mail", written and composed by Firas Reda, the music teacher at the center.

The camp concluded with a theatrical presentation of a work entitled "Flight 2117" that reflects the influence of one of the Emirati children on the achievements of his homeland in the field of space, as he dreamed that he had arrived in Mars, and during the dream reveals play as a means of communication between him and the children of Mars, and highlights the common denominators between all the young wherever they are, The child also hopes that space will be a spacious place for human discoveries, to remain full of love and brotherhood.

At the end of the camp, a group of orphan children, who enjoyed the activities of the camp and various creative exercises, were honored, sponsored by the General Department of Civil Defense in Dubai, in cooperation with the Awqaf and Minors' Affairs Foundation.
