She also said that in most parts of the city the temperature will be around 0 or slightly negative and this "gives us hope that the snow that we have will still linger on the grass."
The weather forecaster did not exclude that a snow cover would be formed.
It was previously reported that December in Moscow could be one of the three warmest in the last 50 years and the least snowy in 70 years.
