The target is that the wife's age is less than 43 years old at the start date of the test, and there are certain cases, such as two or more miscarriages or stillbirths, or the death of a child within one week after birth. A married couple who meets the conditions can receive subsidies by submitting a certificate created by a medical institution to the city.
The application deadline is, in principle, within 6 months from the date of completion of the inspection. Tokyo expects 800 applications this year.
