While the Court of Auditors published Monday a severe report implicating the management of the Order of doctors, Alain Frobert, geriatric doctor, says "happy that the Court seized itself of this subject".

REACTION

This is a vitriolic text that was written Monday the Court of Accounts. In a report published Monday, the Sages of the street Cambon denounce the management of the Order of the doctors, being characterized "by weaknesses, even drifts worrying". And the Court of Castigate including sexual assault sanctioned too late, accounts "often incomplete and insincere", or compensation "unduly received". A damning report that Alain Frobert, a geriatric doctor in the Gard, discovered with satisfaction. This professional, who has refused for years to pay his dues, denounces indeed Europe 1 "a true racket" from the institution.

"I am pleased that the Court of Auditors has seized this subject", explains the doctor. For years, Alain Frobert refuses to pay the annual 335 euros, yet mandatory, to the Order, because he does not know where the money goes, when he would like to take advantage of the means of the institution to discuss the future of the health in his region. A refusal that led him to appear before the district court of Mende last week.

"We do not represent any authority at the state level"

"It's impossible to have from the College of Physicians an annual report of activity, which explains what the contributions and all that money are for," he insists with Europe 1. " 'Ordre receives 85 million euros a year, a staggering figure, simply to make some ideological debates, take positions sometimes on issues of society,' he continues. However, he deplores again, these debates "are not listened to by anyone".

"We do not represent any authority at the state level," says Alain Frobert, who recalls that the Order has 306,000 doctors "including 60,000 retired doctors without activity". "What I see is that there is a real racket," he insists.
