This robot is equipped with AI = Artificial Intelligence, and it can also talk to customers' genders and facial expressions in conjunction with a camera installed in the store.
In the sake section, you can sample 10 kinds of liquor and answer questions, and AI will tell you recommended brands according to your taste.
In addition, vending machines that can purchase ekiben and sweets are designed to carry goods carefully like an elevator so that food does not collapse.
A man in his 40s who bought sweets at a vending machine said, “I was worried that sweets could actually be bought at a vending machine, but I thought it would be great to buy it properly.” In addition, a woman in her 70s said, “It's faster and more convenient than buying at a store.”
