Dutch police say several people were injured in a stabbing attack on a commercial street in The Hague.

The Dutch authorities, that the emergency services rushed to the scene, in an attempt to find out the circumstances. The Dutch police did not indicate the motives for the appeal, nor did it determine whether it was a possible terrorist attack.

In a statement, police said they were looking for a 45-50-year-old man whom she described as a Dutch term for North Africans.

The stabbing in The Hague came hours after two people were killed in Britain by a man attacking a number of bystanders with a knife at the London Bridge.
