A man who volunteered for school support in Machida City, Tokyo was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department for obscene acts. It means that the charges are denied to the investigation.
Mr. Hosokawa (30) who was a part-time employee of Machida City and volunteered as an elementary school volunteer was arrested.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, there is a suspicion that an obscene act of touching the body of a 5th grade boy who met at an elementary school in Machida city, a volunteer destination, last month.
Hosokawa said that he attended school three times a week as a “school support volunteer” to answer the child's consultation and was in charge of the boy's grade.
After the boy who went home, he invited him to “play a game”, went up to the place where his parents were not, and performed an obscene act.
The problem was discovered and I quit volunteering last month, but I was arrested for trying to enter another boy's house this month, and I was re-arrested this time.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, the suspect Hosokawa has denied the charges unless he actively touched the investigation.
