40 g peeled walnuts
40 g of raisins without seeds
Two pinches of salt
A pinch of ground pepper
50 g of extra virgin olive oil
20 g apple cider vinegar
30 g mustard
Preparation
Put the Lombard, carrot, apple, parsley, nuts, raisins, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and mustard in the glass. Insert the spatula through the opening, cut 3 sec / vel 5 and move the spatula from side to side to facilitate cutting. Pour into a salad bowl and serve or reserve in the refrigerator.
