"I'm not really a humorist"

Even Stéphane De Groodt himself has trouble defining his job when asked the question. "I'm really not a humorist," he says in L'Equipée sauvage sur Europe 1, pointing out that he is unable to "hold the spittoon for two hours". "I do not have that talent," he says. On the border between comedy and play with language, Stéphane De Groodt has created his own universe. "I'm faithful to the dream I had when I was 20," he says.

With the years, the comedian has gained in insurance. "It took me a long time to find myself legitimate," he admits.
