For each decade, the American magazine "Billboard" publishes its "top 100" of the most listened titles across the Atlantic. For the years 2010, Bruno Mars, LMFAO and Ed Sheeran compete for the top of this ranking.

A few more weeks, and 2010 will come to an end. For the occasion, Billboard , the famous American magazine dedicated to the music industry, has just published its list of the 100 most listened to songs of the last ten years in the United States, broken which the magazine carries out every ten years. If, for the previous decade, Billboard had relied on album sales alone, for the 2010's, the methodology took into account the evolution of the listening practices, this new ranking integrating the listening streaming, the number of downloads and radio broadcasts.

At the top of this "Billboard hot 100 hit of the 2010s": Uptown Funk producer Mark Ronson, performed by Bruno Mars. Released on November 10, 2014, this title has remained fourteen weeks at the top of the charts. The LMFAO duo arrives on the second place of the podium, with Party Rock Anthem . In 2011, the title remained only six weeks at the top of the rankings, but 68 weeks in the top 100 weekly songs most listened to.

The British Ed Sheeran is in third place with Shape of You , released in 2017 and remained leader of the top 100 for 17 weeks.

Drake, singer most listened to by Americans

Rihanna arrives in sixth place for the electro We found Love composed by Calvin Harris, and taken from her album Talk That Talk . She is the first woman in this ranking, except for the appearance of the rapper Cardi B in the title ranked 4th: Girls Like You Maroon 5, released in June 2018. With seven songs, the rapper Drake is the the most-cited artist in this ranking, followed by Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Post Malone and Katy Perry, who each place five titles in this ranking.
