At the first trial of the judge trial held at the Chiba District Court on the 12th, Defendant Kanno and Defendant Kanezaki out of three alleged that they were not arson and were not murderous. Defendant Nakauchi admitted what was prosecuted “no mistake”.

After this, the prosecution stated in the opening statement, “Three people stayed at the victim's home or had their luggage left, but the victim ate the defender ’s cup ramen without permission. "It was extremely high and added assault."

On top of that, he pointed out, “Three people lost their mind and thought they had to kill, tied their hands and feet, and burned kerosene etc. around the victim's body and surrounding area.”

The decision of the three is scheduled to be delivered on the 12th of next month.
