According to the police, suspect Kurokawa was suspected of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old female high school student at the shrine in Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki City in October 2009, 10 years ago.
The aging of this incident was supposed to have been established at the beginning of last month for 10 years, but the DNA type of Suspect Kurokawa, who was arrested in another incident four days later, was collected at the time. It means that it was found that they matched.
For this reason, when the police examined the behavior of 10 years in detail, it was confirmed that they had traveled abroad several times and had left Japan for a total of about two months.
While staying overseas, the progress of aging stopped, so I was arrested on the 12th for not actually reaching aging.
According to the police, the investigation denies the suspicion that they do not remember.
