The preparation of a mother with her 15-year-old son for a homemade cake by a blender killed the mother in her apartment in Saint-Etienne, France.
The incident occurred when the victim began preparing the cake with her son, yesterday morning, by a home mixer, and the scarf, which was attached to her neck, the mixer, and tried to withdraw it to no avail, which led to suffocation and then her death.
For his part, the son called the police for help, immediately after the incident, to save his mother, aged 58 years, from death, and asked him to cut off the electricity to the blender and remove the scarf worn by the mother until her arrival.
The police, despite their rapid arrival, were unable to do anything for the mother who died of strangulation as a result of the incident.
The autopsy will be carried out to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
