The police are calling for attention because women in their fifties in Yokohama City who received a postcard stating "Civil Procedure Final Notice" were tricked by 33.5 million yen for the men who gave themselves lawyers.

According to the police, in June, a postcard stating that a woman was being sued was written at the home of a woman in her 50s living in Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama.

The sender is a fictitious organization called `` Litigation Notification Center '', and when a woman calls a number listed as a contact, a man who gives the group's staff or a lawyer says `` If you pay 2 million yen you can withdraw the complaint '' I have sent cash to the designated address.

After that, the woman was demanded that “more money is needed” and that, in the last two months up to September, the total of 33.5 million yen was fooled.

The woman had withdrawn the deposit, but after consulting with her husband who was unable to work on the money and was transferred to a single position, the damage was discovered.

The police are investigating as a fraud case and calling people to ignore or consult with the police who have received a postcard written as "final civil action final notice."
