Artist of the theater Et Cetera Peter Smidovich dies

“The artist Peter Glebovich Smidovich passed away,” the message said.

The theater said that Smidovich was sick for a long time.

It is noted that the actor began his career in the Moscow Art Theater. He began working at the Et Сetera Theater in 2001 at the invitation of Alexander Kalyagin, People's Artist of the RSFSR.

Smidovich’s last work was the play “The Heart Is Not a Stone”. The theater noted that he continued to play in the production, "already being sick, but no one in the audience could have guessed about it, there was so much dashing, energy, comedic excitement in his acting existence."

In October, the honored artist of the RSFSR Nadezhda Karataeva died.
