In a press release, the Norrlands Opera writes that Anna Göransdotter Höög leaves a large void both inside and outside the organization. She took up the position of Deputy CEO in 2017 and was appointed CEO the following year.

Before Anna Göransdotter Höög came to Norrlandsoperan, she was CEO of the hotel and restaurant group Blå hus, and before that she was active, among other things, as a marketing strategist at Umeå municipality's business services.
- When Anna came in as vice president, she would make a change with the assignment of the board. She addressed this and initiated a major reorganization of the Norrlands Opera. It was implemented in several different steps and has meant a great deal to the organization. It shows her execution power. She was a very strong character, says Petra Kangas, communications and sales manager at the Norrlands Opera, to Västerbottens-Kuriren.
Anna Göransdotter Hägg turned 42 years old.
