An Egyptian stabbed 36 stabbing bodies to his ex-husband and brother to death in eastern Cairo, after he told him she had married someone else.

The Cairo security directorate said that it had received a signal from Al-Salam Hospital to receive a woman named Sahar, who died of 11 stab wounds in the body, and her brother, who suffered 25 stab wounds in the body and died in hospital.

Investigations by the security services revealed that during the visit of the victims to the son of the first victim who lives with his father, the victim's husband, there was a verbal altercation because of the latter's knowledge of his marriage to another person.

The information pointed out that the dispute developed into a quarrel during which the accused stabbed the two victims by knife, and then fled, but the security services were able to arrest the accused, who confessed to his crime.
