Former model, actress, novelist and singer ... At the age of 49, Lio's little sister, Helena Noguerra, continues her career as an artist with two new musical projects. Two weeks ago, she released the album Gemme : a series of twelve pop songs featuring the voices of Star Academy Season 3 winner Elodie Frégé, the daughter of singer Lio, Nubia Esteban, as well as Loane, Alka Balbir and Barbara Carlotti, all orchestrated by the composer Xavier Jamaux. "It's like a multi-faceted gemstone," says Helena Noguerra at the microphone in Europe 1.
Two albums, a musical show, a TV movie
In 1996, she had already worked with Xavier Jamaux for an electronic music project called Ollano, which gave the indie Latitudes hit. Last year, the host Laurent Ruquier invited her to reconstitute the group yéyé of the 1960s Les Parisiennes , with Arielle Dombasle, Inna Modja and Mareva Galanter. "I am a woman with collaborations ... I like orgies!", Slips Helena Noguerra maliciously.
In parallel this year, she has prepared the album Nue , in which she forms a duet with comedian Vincent Dedienne for the title "Je Mens". That's not all. For his 50 years, the artist repeats for a musical show unveiled in April 2020 and staged by Pierre Notte. In this piece that tells her career, she revisits her songs since her debut. November 14 on TF1, she will also appear on the small screen in a romantic comedy entitled Coup de foudre in Saint-Petersburg. "A Christmas tale with magic, love, a lot of fantasy," she summed up. "It was very funny to do!"
