SBS 'Want to Know It' analyzes Korean serial killers in depth.

On the 26th, 'I want to know it' will be broadcasted with the subtitle 'In the Garden of Evil-Korean Serial Killers', and analysis of serial killer such as Yoo Young-cheol, Kang Ho-sun, Lee Chun-jae and Jo Doo-sun is drawn.

Last September, the culprit of the Mars serial murder case, which was considered the worst case in Korea, was identified. He was imprisoned in Busan prison for the brutal rape and murder of his wife in 1994. In two episodes of 'I Want to Know', I dealt with the Mars serial killings and suspect Lee Chun-jae.

According to the testimonies of the residents who knew Lee Choon-jae childhood and the motives of his imprisonment in prison, he testified that he was quiet and plain. In a word, he wasn't. The testimony that the suspects of brutal crimes were ordinary neighbors shocked everyone, and the `` I Want to Know '' producers noted a prophecy 15 years ago.

One who accurately predicted the serial killer Lee Chun-jae. He was another serial killer, Yoo Young-chul, who killed 20 people. In an interview with a weekly magazine in 2004, he said, "Mars serial killers are already dead or in jail, because there is no way to stop killing themselves. That is, murder addiction."

From 2000 to 2009, Doo-young Jung, Yoo-Young-cheol, Nam-kyu Jung, and Ho-soon Kang were the same serial killers who had terrorized Korea for 10 years. There have been times when many testimonies and prophecies have been poured out about them. 'It wants to know' also tracked these four people several times.

The production team met with a number of acquaintances such as four detectives who arrested and confessed to four people at the time, and neighbors and alumni. The serial killer's face drawn through their testimony was quite different from the appearance of the 'devil' reflected on the world through the press.

The recent status of prison officials and fellow prisoners was also surprising. Kang Ho-soon, who is totally erased with the name of serial killer, Jung Do-young, who tried to escape from Lee Chun-jae in 2016, and Jung Nam-kyu, who died in prison in prison. On the other hand, Yoo Young-chul broke the arm of the guards or boiled ramen. Despite long prison life, Yoo Young-chul continued to cause problems.

Yoo accepted the interview. It was the first interview officially made with the press. In a brief interview of less than 10 minutes, Yoo Young-chul surprised the crew by revealing his thoughts about the Mars serial killer 15 years ago and his thoughts on Lee Chun-jae as if he knew he would come.

In order to find the answer to whether murder is an addiction, four experts from 'I want to know' and MC Kim Sang-joong gathered for the first time. Criminal Psychologist Chun Chang-won, Professor Criminal Psychology, Gyeonggi University Professor Soo-Jung Lee, Korea's No. 1 profiler, Il-Yong Kwon, Professor Sookmyung Women's University Social Psychology, and Park Sang-joong, MC who has been tracking serial killers for a long time.

These experts reviewed the life before the crime from the social background of four children born in 1968-70, Jung Doo-young, Yoo Young-cheol, Jung Nam-kyu and Kang Ho-soon. In this process, they gave their opinions on why the crime of 'serial killing' occurred in Korea and whether their crime was really an unstoppable 'addiction'. In addition, based on what the production staff had met with their prison motives, religious officials and correctional officers, they analyzed what they currently think about their crimes.

Recently, the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency formally established Lee Chun-jae as a suspect, and the debate over whether current law punishment could be punished. Last month, when a special law was proposed to abolish the statute of limitations on the Mars serial murder case, demands for new disclosures about Lee Chun-jae were also in light of the public's right to know. Even though the Mars serial murder case is hard to punish after the statute of limitations, it is a public controversy as it is the case left in the past 33 years. In particular, Lee Chun-jae confessed to the 8th case, the disappearance of elementary schoolchildren, and revealed an unconfirmed conviction.

'I want to know' The crew obtained the latest photographs of Lee Chun-jae, Jung Doo-young, Yoo Young-chul, Nam-kyu Jung, and Kang Ho-sun from prisoners' inmates. In addition, after the brutal sexual assault and permanent disability of the child in December 2008, he will be released later next year. The four experts who actually met them said that their essence did not change and that they felt uncomfortable because they felt so comfortable.

We will reveal the actual interviews of Yoo Young-cheol and Kang Ho-soon, and the latest photographs of four serial killers. I want to know it's a special broadcast on the night of 11:10 pm.
