The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has not prosecuted the directors of the entertainment agency who were arrested for sexual assault on an acquaintance woman in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
In March, a 40-year-old executive from a performing arts office and a 31-year-old executive from an event company reported that an acquaintance's woman was brought into a private room at a restaurant in Shinjuku-ku and sexually assaulted and injured. Had been arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department. The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office was not charged on the 23rd. Prosecutors have not clarified the reasons for non-prosecution.
