Creating a generation of Emirati entrepreneurs is a vital and important demand. It needs government support and attention that is never less than the importance of hiring UAE nationals, but its importance is more than Emiratisation.Citizen's success in any business sector, and standing on his feet in this sector, necessarily means that He eased a lot from the government, but gave employment to other young job seekers, as well as his positive impact on the economic cycle and his active contribution to the market.

Reaching the stage of self-reliance of entrepreneurs, independence and success in their own projects, and continuity in the market is not easy, and everyone knows this, and everyone also knows the reasons for the failure of many young people in the UAE, and their lack of continuity as entrepreneurs, certainly there are reasons for the entrepreneurs themselves. Many of them are enthusiastic about a particular idea, and proceed to implement it immediately without studying this idea in all its aspects, and without having the slightest experience in how to start projects.

Strangely enough, the majority of young people who want to break into the financial and business world ignore the preparation of feasibility studies. They are not even convinced of the usefulness of feasibility studies. They believe that it is a financial loss, while it is necessary and indispensable for any new business.

However, there are reasons that can be addressed by the entrepreneurs themselves, but there are more obstacles and challenges, and need the intervention of the competent authorities, because these actors directly contributed to the existence of these challenges, so the solution will come only through them.

The most prominent of these challenges as told by young people who have gone through the experience, and went through the disadvantages and positives, are summarized in 10 main obstacles, including the multiple issuers of licenses, and this entails a difference in the conditions and procedures for issuing licenses, in addition to the difficulty of obtaining some licenses to start projects, as well as The speed of changing some laws and continuously does not help the continuity and stability, especially labor laws and workers, in addition to the difficult obstacle of high government fees, and the cost of bringing labor!

These are the main challenges that hinder the success and continuity of young entrepreneurs' projects as they mentioned. It is noticeable that they are all related to the procedures, while no one mentioned that there is a difficulty in funding, for example, which means that the competent government authorities are required to review their procedures to support young entrepreneurs. Their support and encouragement and the continuation of their presence in various sectors of private work, directly support the national economy, and a direct and effective solution to the problem of resettlement that plagues the government.

Perhaps the most important thing to do at this stage is to standardize licensing procedures and conditions across the UAE, and to establish a government office in each emirate to support start-up projects.
