KUWAIT CITY (Reuters) - A young Kuwaiti man worried in the streets of Kuwait after appearing as he walked through cars disguised as a "joker".
The pioneers of social media circulated pictures of the young man showcasing among the cars in the street, where he appeared in the form of "Joker", exactly the same makeup and hair personality in the film recently released, causing panic.
The way the young man posed as a "joker" raised suspicion, with some calling it just a gimmick, while others thought it was a depiction of propaganda.
The mabahith moved in and arrested him to uncover the reasons for his reincarnation at night.
