According to the survey so far, a trio who seemed to be foreigners visited the store just before the incident and asked a female store clerk in English to show the brand bag in the showcase.

And while the store clerk was showing the bag to the two, the other one entered the counter and the security camera showed him stealing the sales proceeds from the cabinet.

The trio left the store without buying a bag, and according to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, they were all tall and physique solid, wearing a jacket like a black jumper.
